CPR and CROS file Reply Brief

Yesterday CPR and CROS filed a Reply Brief in Support of the Petition to Review with the State Supreme Court. This should start the 60 day clock for the State Supreme court to respond, and if no response is forthcoming, then the Appellate decision will stand.

But if the Supreme Court does hear this case it will focus on the issues in the Petition for Review and the Reply Brief which are available in PDF format below.
