Access to Public Records?
Larry Kay’s letter to the editor in the printed edition of the Wednesday April 13 edition of the Half Moon Bay Review was accompanied by a copy of a letter he had received from City of Half Moon Bay’s law firm in response his request for public records pertaining to the purchase of the Nurseryman’s Exchange land.
