Update: CPR Activities

Californians for Property Rights continues to submit input on local issues.

On Midcoast growth issues, CPR submitted an analysis of the proposed growth rates for Half Moon Bay under Measure D and the Midcoast under the Local Coastal Plan Update. You can read our comments in this pdf file.

A very short excerpt from that letter:

Unlike the Mid Coast, Half Moon Bay does not have a buildout cap on the maximum number of residential units. Without a fixed buildout number, Half Moon Bay will continue to grow after the 45-year period examined below, while the Mid Coast may be entirely builtout.
