CPR’s continuing issues:
CPR has been urged by many of you to seek redress in many other property rights issues, all of which, with your help, we will be continuing. These issues include:
The Coastal Commission & LCP updates.
Watershed Protection Ordinance
Williamson Act – CPR is closely monitoring the County’s actions in response to the State’s errant directives.
Beachwood Decision – CPR supports the Beachwood agreement and an interpretation of the term “wetlands” in the Half Moon Bay LCP that gives appropriate meaning to all of the words included in its definition of “wetlands”.
Resource Management Zoning – CPR opposed the new zoning ordinances enacted by the BOS in Sept. of 2007. CPR will vigorously oppose extractions of involuntary conservation easements and diminishment of reasonable investment expectations resulting from the implementation these subdivision regulations.
LAFCo Municipal Service Reviews – CPR supports the integration of regional water and sewer districts into one water and one sewer district and realignment of all district boundaries to correspond with their legal service area.
CPR is committed to supporting your property rights and our community. We hope that together we can continue to protect private property rights and our communities in San Mateo County. Contact CPR about issues you may be interested in.
